Will a pillow help with snoring problems?

We would love to say yes but a bad pillow is usually only one of the factors that cause snoring. We have found though that if the person snoring has a pillow with proper support, their throat and neck muscles relax and this takes the pressure off their soft palate allowing air to pass more easily through the throat.

A head height of 31cm is ok and we can still supply you with a pillow. Please place 30cm in the drop down box and I will make a note on your order so that I can follow this through for you. It would only be an issue at approx 35cm which we are yet to see!
