We want to offer you piece of mind where initial quality and product defects are concerned. What’s more, all of our mattresses come with a ten year warranty that covers not only the materials, but also our workmanship.
We are able to offer these warranties because at Sleep Made To Measure™ we take quality control very seriously. All of our product lines undergo a rigorous inspection process prior to packaging. Our goal is to ensure that the product you receive is in the best condition and of the highest quality possible.
If any product you receive is damaged upon arrival we encourage you to contact us at email@example.com you will simply need to include digital photos in your e-mail that show the damage to the product.
From there we will happily replace any of our products if it is determined that the damage or defect was apparent at the time of delivery.
